July 2024 I’m now 2weeks over when there end date was to get my results, there excuses were in 2019 they updated the system with new chips. It’s 2024 what’s the excuse now. I’ve waited 7 weeks now still no results

Please give us some information about the ethnicity update, most of your userbase doesn't care about the historical PUBLIC records that you charge so much for. You've been completely radio silent about the ethnicity update since its released and we've been waiting over a month.

I got both my maternal grandparents DNA results a couple weeks ago, as well as my dad's, but smth doesnt add up & idk who to contact for clarification. It got confirmed that they were all my biological relatives, so I was hoping to find out where my Ashkenazi Jewish ancestry came from, but instead , their ethnicity estimate results left me more confused - none of them have Ashkenazi Jewish ancestry... but somehow I do?? How is that possible? I took all of their samples, and apart from my grandpa's being contaminated by food (he is extremely old and it made things a bit hard when taking his sample😅), the other DNA samples were in perfect condition. Could my grandpa's sample being contaminated with food have interfered with his results...? If anyone knows please LMK📩

I posted my DNA sample for analysis on 1st of May and the tracking trail indicates it still hasn’t been received by the lab. I have no way of being able to contact My Heritage because I did not subscribe to ongoing membership, very cunning. I’m wondering if I’ll end up getting a result. Time will tell.

My results said I’ve got 3 ethnicities & 5 genetic groups. I’ve over 17,160 DNA matches. 83% Irish Scottish Welsh 11.4 Greek South Italian 5.6 Baltic . So glad I took the test . Now doing my mums too .
